GFCF Hot Cocoa

GFCF Hot Chocolate is rich and creamy – the ultimate hot chocolate for those on gluten-free / dairy free diets!
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups lite coconut milk
- 2 cups regular coconut milk
- 1/2 cup light, mild honey OR 1/2 cup organic agave nectar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix cocoa powder, 1/2 cup lite coconut milk, salt and honey OR agave nectar in medium saucepan. Whisk to blend. Heat on medium high and continue to whisk until mixture comes to a boil. Add remainder of coconut milk, heat on medium and whisk. Do not bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
